kng walang Video out ang DVR player ay isolate mo muna ang mga posibleng salarin... pwde kasi na nakastandby or naka protect lng ang unit dahil sa sirang HDD (harddisk drive) o di kaya sirang PSU (power supply unit)... e condemn mo muna ang HD.. then power up ang unit... pag same pa rin na wlang Video.. ay baklasin mo namn ngayong ung PSU... check for bulky caps.... kng medjo my edad na ang DVR at medjo tanggal ng gnamit at wlang makitang bulky ay palitan mo nlng ang mga caps sa outputs.. baka ko open na ang iba jan o bagsak na sa ESR test
