9 Seconds LED Timer and Relay Circuit

This circuit contain 10 LEDs as a seconds counter indicator.. the main operation of dis circuit are d following: wen d astable multivibrator circuit (555) have a clock pulse output.. d decade counter ic (4017) start counting.. meaning mg-start ug light ang mga LED from d beginning up to d end.. wen d last LED lights up d relay also actuates..takenote: wen d last LED lights up or just say d 10 seconds count reached, d pin 11 and 13 will be high or going to + charge of course, d counter sequence wil be stopping and energizing the relay. & short, once nga high data ang naay sa pin 13 d decade countered ic wil be disable meaning dli na xa mu-count ky mao mn na xa ang CLOCK ENABLE pin... unless e-press ang RESET button to back d starting operation of counting sequence

Longer delay times can be obtained with a larger capacitor value or larger resistor value at pins 2 and 6 of the 555 timer ic.

all 2N3904 serves as a switching transistor to drive d different LED
two 2N3053 serves as a darlington pair switching transistor to drive d electromechanical relay


TAKENOTE:

dis 4017 decade counter ic have a fixed standard counting sequence:

3, 2, 4, 7, 10, 1, 5, 6, 9, 11
