power regulator ic

ma te test po ba ang power regulator ic with the multi-tester if it is ok or not? i just post this type of question to let the other beginer technician (including me) to know this basic knowledge of yours.. hehe

ang alam ko lang master matetest mo lang kong open, short at leak ang regulator.
